1. Is it can be connected to a solar panel?
Yes. You can use a solar panel to charge it.

2. What's the difference between the PB2S and having a regular power bank on hand?
The PB2S is more eco-friendly. You can use it as a charger for cells and a power bank. You can replace the cells.
You can find 10,000mAh power banks that are smaller than PB2S, but you cannot replace the cells! You don't know how good this power bank is!

3. Could I use a power bank to plug into this PB2S and charge 18650 when I'm out fishing?
Yes. It holds 18650, 20700 or 21700 cells so you can charge them in it.

4. Can the XTAR PB2S be used with only one 18650 battery?
Yes. You can use one if you want.

5. Can I plug this into my PC to charge or do I need to purchase the 3.0 adapter?
You can, but it will take a while. Most USB ports are either 500 or 800/900mAh on a PC.

6. Which batteries would you recommend for using this as a power bank?
21700 5000mAh, or 4000mAh, 18650 3000mAh+, if you want a big capacity.

7. Will my batteries be overcharged if I put in a full and an empty 18650?
No. The channels are independent.
