How to track your order?
1. You can log in your account at xtardirect.com, find your order and open the Order Details, you can see the track status on the Shipping Information, or you can also click the tracking number to check the status on the Order Information.
2. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted on every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with the tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
