Shipping & Returns


Delivery time, kindly note that delivery time listed below are all counting from the date the package is on tracking system, it may take about 1-2 days for the logistics partner to handle the packages before it’s trackable.
USPS/UPS ships items from Texas warehouse for US customers, taking about 2-7 business days for delivery.
For customers outside of United Stated, items will be shipped from Shenzhen accordingly via UPS, DHL, FEDEX, 4px(2nd carrier is local company etc. USPS ), etc.
DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex (optional) shipping takes 3-7 days for delivery. You need contact us for faster express delivery with extra cost to pay.


Custom tax & risk
Customers are responsible for import tax and risk. Please do enough research on your local custom/import policy before ordering.

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please email us immediately upon delivery with photos of the damage. Our customer service will make arrangements on an individual case basis.

Return Process:

1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable period. XTAR will not accept warranty exchange without prior authorization and an RMA number.
2. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. XTAR must receive the returned products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
3. The customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
4. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note:
1. Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped; products which have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds are for the final purchase price only. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. Special orders are not returnable.
3. The issuance of an RMA number itself does not guarantee a warranty exchange, replacement, or otherwise if the claim is found to not be within the coverage of our policies.
4. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the seller warranty period of 15 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. Please see the details about the Warranty Process.
5. If you need cancel the order, please contact us no more than 12 hours after you pay the order. All orders will be handled within 12 hours, and carrier may charge cost for any change.
6. Full refund of non-faulty reason is not accepted 


Refused/Return to Sender/Undeliverable Orders:

If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address entered or any other reason, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) less a 20% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the carrier. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable. The applicable refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the package has been received at our facility. However, if the return shipping fees assessed by the carrier exceed the original purchase subtotal, a refund will not be offered.
